Refund Policy

​At Kemetri, all sales are considered final. Due to the nature of our handcrafted, small-batch personal care products, we do not offer automatic refunds or returns.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If there is any issue with your order, please contact us at contactus@kemetri.com within 3 days of receiving your package. After review, we will gladly offer a refund, exchange, or store credit based on mutual agreement and the specific nature of the concern.

Requests made after the 3-day window may not be eligible for resolution.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • A damaged item

  • The wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contactus@kemetri.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit when applicable.
