Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

• Package weight

• Delivery location

• Selected shipping method

Estimated delivery times range from 3–10 business days after shipment. Your order may take a little longer due to the hand-crafting process. If your order requires a longer time, our team will reach out to you to inform you of the approximate time of shipment for your knowledge. If your order requires additional processing time, a member of our team will contact you with an updated estimated shipment timeframe for your reference.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Kemetri is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order is shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier first. We are happy to assist when possible.
